On July 24, 56, Lian Chun, the former head of Wang Township, accepted the 56th, 7th, and 19th Nanfu Jiao Zhong Zi 50381 orders to participate in the county government's national middle school additional meeting, and the county magistrate ordered to build a new national middle school in the township, to facilitate the extension of compulsory education.
On July 25, 56, concerning the policy of educational innovation, the seventh temporary representative meeting of the 8th session was immediately convened to discuss the issues of school land, funding and school site selection.
July 26, 56: Three groups of township office staff and villager representatives convened a landlords' meeting and obtained their consent to buy and sell on the same night by the favorable land price conditions of the Gangqian section (current site), and purchased them at NT$300,000 per unit, and announced the decision by mutual agreement.
18 August 56: In accordance with the agreement for sale and purchase, the deposit of 20% of the land premium was paid in advance, and the sale was established.
September 18, 56: The Xinshi Township Nine-Year National Education Promotion Committee was established.
